Concept The WE-TAG team is integrated by former ski and snowboard coaches, who used to work in several ski resorts all over the US. With experience of several seasons working in the winter industry, we have identified the needs of both, new and returning employees. Our core idea is to help future employees to minimize expenses through our know-how about ways of moving around the winter industry. Below you find examples: Housing: We guide you to find adequate accommodation in matters of price, closeness to work location and rental contracts (how to make deposits etc). Transportation: The easiest way to move around. This goes from what type of transport you need to take from the airport as knowing how to move around the place you’re going to be working at. Wages and Schedules: Times and ways you get paid. How to get a profitable working schedule. High and Low season planning (this will help you plan your time off in a more efficient way). Tax Return: Help participants to get money back. Assist employees in the tax return process (you will be refunded a percentage of the taxes you’ve paid in the season).
