Additional Services Offered (Optional) At WE-TAG we believe that there are many services that we can provide to travelers and we want them to have the option of choosing from a variety of alternatives they might like. We don’t want to force them to buy an air ticket or a medical program through us. We work hard on these services just to make sure that they know what’s available and to offer them alternatives. Cell Phone provided by WE-TAG (US Number with VOIP Argentina Number) This will allow travelers to give their families and employers a contact point before they even travel. Having a US Cell phone also facilitates the logistics during the first days of arrival at the resort. Travel, Housing and Medical Assistance Our job is to make the travel logistics as simple as possible for the employee. We will leverage our knowledge to advice them on what are the best alternatives at each resort. Employee is motivated to succeed at his job WE-TAG Success Incentives WE-TAG has designed a success incentive that will allow the employee to earn additional compensation if at the end of the season the employer reports a favorable performance. Lower costs than old programs Most programs are really expensive for employees, and they have to work most of the season to cover the cost of it, at WE-TAG we want employees to focus on the work and not on recovering the investment. We strongly believe that happy workers will produce more successful results than the ones only thinking how to achieve the basic goal of covering the cost of the program!
