Many companies base their foreign recruitment activity via websites, where candidates leave their resumes and can actually get a job in the company by just posting their data. This is possibly the worst of all the recruitment alternatives, given that there is no verification of the data posted.
We believe that meeting the candidate is an essential part of a successful recruitment process.

Meeting the candidates is a must. Not only will we be checking their English skills, but also how they perform socially via assessment center exercises and role plays. Of course companies’ individual policies about personal grooming are embraced byWE-TAG.

Basically we are checking on the candidates professional skills on one hand and adequacy of personality on the other.

B) Background Check

One of the great advantages of recruiting straight from the source is that we have the ability to check school, work, public records and other background information… It is always easier to verify and prevent issues from the get-go and it is much easier for us to obtain the data and get in touch with old schools, prior bosses and/or other relevant sources.

One of the major problems that most of the resorts are experiencing is the high rotation of employees Part of the issue is the high percentage of foreign workforce traveling under the J1 visa program, which terminates on average mid March in the case of Argentineans.

High rotation has many cons that you already know: higher training costs, lower productivity, workforce shortage in high demand periods and lower ability to plan workforce in the short-medium term.

We are certain the WE-TAG process will lower rotation and achieve all the efficiencies of a more predictable and stable workforce.

Paperwork management:

What is this?
Every time you have to send visa information to the candidates, difficulties may arise that complicate things. It is not only a matter of costs but managing each case individually without the possibility of centralizing the effort, becomes inefficient and time consuming.

At WE-TAG we will reduce your handling costs by having the employer send all the paperwork to our offices in Buenos Aires, where we will more efficiently supervise the delivery and receipt of the documentation.

At the same time you will receive all of the candidate’s paperwork in one package, properly labeled and organized and with specific details and notes on our revision of the documents.

The Employee will be landing in the US in early December and part of our job will be to coordinate monthly reports with the different departments as well as with the employees with the intention of monitoring and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Conference Calls/Video

Conference calls with candidates will be available for employers who want to check how the recruitment process is moving along and want to personally communicate with the prospective candidates. WE-TAG offers an optional service of video conference with the staff that will be working with you during the next season. This gives you the chance of meeting who you are hiring and make the integration easier when the season starts.

Drug test

This service will be available to the employer and will be performed in case the company desires to perform the test as part of their drug testing policy.
