January: WE-TAG’s team will travel to your resort to personally discuss the opportunity and answer any questions you might have. We believe in long term relationships and want to be on the right track from day one. What do you need? What are your concerns? How can we be more helpful? How can we become more efficient and successful together?
March: We will ask employers to define their interest and confirm the candidates’ job, profile and required qualifications. At this point, WE-TAG will start working with the employer to design the training plan for the candidate, defining scope, hours involved and responsibilities.
April –August: Selection process starts and first interviews are conducted

Filters:
1) Candidate sends resume and those who appear to fit the profile are invited for interviews
2) WE-TAG conducts a face to face interview with the candidate; skills and experience are evaluated in a first round
3) After the a successful second interview and based on employer requests, WE-TAG conducts a personal background check on the candidate (this may include school records, criminal records, drug testing and others)
4) If approved, the candidate is formally offered the job and training begins

August: Application for visas are submitted and visa interviews are scheduled
September- November: Training program begins and the candidate gets exposed to the key tasks that he/she will be performing.
December: Employee travels and arrives at the Ski Resort/company ready to perform his/her job
December – March: WE-TAG monitors performance of the employee and resolves issues that might arise throughout the season
April: Final report is submitted and employee returns home. Post Travel assistance (taxes, etc.) is provided by We-Tag to the employee and success incentive is paid to those with favorable reporting
