Culinary - experience as Cook, Production Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook.
Cooks: Duties primarily include the preparation of basic food elements. They are responsible for many different jobs in the kitchen, including: peeling and cutting vegetables, trimming and preparing meats, cleaning work areas, and monitoring the temperature of ovens and stovetops.
Steward/prep cook: Primarily wash, peel, cut, chop, slice, and otherwise prepare vegetables and other cooking elements for meal preparation during a shift. Prep cooks are also responsible for storing items in the refrigerator, covering items left in the open air, and preparing special food elements ahead of time so that they can be quickly accessed and used in cooking. They may be responsible for preparing a certain portion of a dish. Food preparation also requires efficiency and excellent hygiene.
Food & Beverage - experience as Server, Host.
Waitstaff: Provide excellent guest service. Answer any questions regarding the restaurant’s menu, multi task to meet time goals, and make menu recommendations when necessary.

Bumps

Located at the base of Buttermilk, Bumps offers a wide variety of healthy, innovative dishes. The restaurant has stunning views up the mountain toward the halfpipe and jumps in the terrain park. We can provide a separate dining area for groups with buffet lunch or run an all-day tab for your guests, enabling them to get breakfast, lunch and snacks at their convenience. Reservations are required for large groups of 40 or more people.
In the evening, Bumps becomes the supreme party spot, able to host dinners for 225 guests with room for awards and dancing. Lynn Britt Cabin is an elegant log cabin located on the slopes of Snowmass, featuring majestic panoramic views of the Snowmass Valley and high peaks beyond. The cabin has indoor seating for 60 guests and is easily accessed from intermediate runs.

During the winter season Lynn Britt Cabin is open for lunch seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Check here for a sample lunch menu (please note: menu changes frequently based upon availability of seasonal ingredients).
Also available in the winter, enjoy an exquisite western mountain dinner prepared by our executive chef while musicians entertain you throughout the evening. You will travel to and from the cabin in snowcats, which pick up slopeside at the Snowmass Village Mall. The price per person includes a snowcat ride to and from the cabin, a four-course meal, and live entertainment. Available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays; please call for times & availability. Cost is $105 for adults, $52 for children ages 3 to 11 and free for children ages 2 and under; prices do not include beverages, tax and gratuity.

An alpine ski hut with casual table settings and an outdoor deck, this full-service restaurant with majestic views of the Maroon Bells is open for lunch with a prix fixe menu that changes daily and public snowcat dinners on Thursday nights. Chef Andreas Fischbacher and his staff prepare gourmet meals with a European flair that are complete with entrée and your choice of soup or assorted baby-greens salad.
